Missing Hong Kong

It's so hot in Manila as of the moment. I definitely miss the cool weather of Hong Kong. Remember I went there last January? :) Yes, Hong Kong na naman! Hong Kong is definitely one of those places I wouldn't mind visiting all the time. Besides, its less than 2 hours away from Manila. That's nearer pa rin compared to Baguio ha! And Tagaytay, lalo na if traffic in SLEX or Sta. Rosa. Lol.

As usual, I'm with my favorite travel buddy in the world.. Paolo. ❤

We weren't alone though. Had to bring my sister Isha with me. Bantay namin yan sa gabi. Choz!

So what did we do in HK this time? Other than mag window shop and food trip. Wala. Nagpalamig. :) Seryoso yan. Paolo loves winter weather as much as I do. Masarap mag cuddle kapag malamig. Haha. Perfect timing rin for my sister since may school fair that time so puwede siya mag absent "legally". Bakit naman hindi di ba? I prefer to go to Hong Kong kesa mapagod sa school fair. Hahaha. What a good influential sister no?

I just love Hong Kong's transport system specifically their trains. Wish the ones in Manila were like that. For sure mababawasan traffic.

Our first stop was the Citygate Outlet in Tung Chung.

We ended up literally just window shopping 'coz some of the goods were either not on sale or have the same prices here in Manila.

After window shopping, we had lunch at Food Republic where we spotted this Japanese resto offering sushi buffet. I forgot how much we paid but it was cheap and was really satisfied with the food. Now I'm craving for salmon sushi and sashimi.

Went back to Causeway Bay and spotted these fake cherry blossom trees at the lobby of Times Square.

It has been a long day but we're not done yet! Hahaha. Posing for the camera on our way back to Tsim Sha Tsui.

Months after flying in and out of HK, Paolo and Isha finally saw Victoria Harbour at night plus the Symphony of Lights show. :)

Tourist shot! :)

We left earlier after the show started 'coz it was boring and we had to meet a friend of a friend who was kind enough to take care of our online order/package from Apple HK. Thanks again Philip! :) Anyway, Paolo got me an iPad mini as a gift for our 8th anniversary, christmas and valentines all rolled into one. Hahaha. Thanks again babe!

Finally got to use the Mujjo iPad mini case I ordered from Singapore. Thanks again to Dy for being my shopping fairy and sending it to Manila. I love it! :)

That was only day 1 of our trip! Watch out for my review of Hotel Benito and Tim Ho Wan in the next posts. ;)
