Namsangol Hanok Village

Our last stop in Seoul is the Namsangol Hanok Village where it features traditional houses in Korea from the Joseon Dysnasty. It is located at the northern foot of Namsan Mountain and walking distance away from Chungmuro station.

See the Seoul Tower? :)

Admission is free and they are closed every Tuesday.

I remember the days when I was hooked to Korean drama series like Jumong and Jewel in the Palace.

Halapoji (Grandfather in English) making Korean handicrafts.

The recreation of this small village serves as a reminder of how South Korea's economy has grown so much in the past couple of years.

How cute are they in their traditional costumes? :)

The village is like a secret garden.

Visiting the Namsangol Hanok Village is definitely a quick escape from the hustle and bustle of the city of Seoul.
