Anvaya Cove's Seabreeze Verandas

One of the most awaited long weekends of 2014 is coming up, have you planned your next itinerary? :) Check out my review of Ayala Land Premier's seaside residential community, Anvaya Cove located at Morong, Bataan.

Photo grabbed from Sophia Huynh.

My cousin Jay is back in town and looking for a staycation place near the metro. Luckily, one of his in-laws have a friend who's a member of Anvaya and graciously endorsed the family for a 3D2N trip in the said resort.

We stayed at a 2-bedroom corner unit in the Sea Breeze Verandas. It is located at the highest point of the resort and had an awesome view of the whole Anvaya Cove property plus nearby mountain ranges of Bataan and the West Philippine Sea.

Here are the photos from the masters and kids bedrooms. The 3 beds that you see in the photo are all trundle beds, meaning may mga extra kama pa siya sa ilalim to accommodate more people. ;)

I like that both rooms had it's own bath. At least hindi kami kagulo when it's time to shower. :)

The unit also had its own kitchen, dining and living room. We had an option to prepare our food pero hassle kasi yung ganyan, madudumihan at gugulo pa yung unit. Puwede rin lumabas but it takes about 20-30 minutes to get to Subic so we decided to just stay and order food from Bamboo Cafe located at the main pavilion.

Here's my cousin Jay with our nephew Enzo. See the sofa bed at the back? That's where I slept 'coz I wanted a quiet space for me during bed time.. meaning I don't want to sleep beside the kids. Haha.

Believe it or not, Anvaya Cove's off-peak season is from July 16 to October 16 ONLY. Sadly, you can't just book rooms without an endorsement from a member. We were able to get a chance to talk to one of the property managers and he said that there are a few condo units and lots (with a price range ₱12,000/sqm) left for sale while membership starts at ₱600,000. Kailangan ko na ata tumaya ng lotto, para sakaling manalo bili na agad habang mura pa yung lupa. Hehe.

Moving on, our daily room rates for the 2-BR unit cost ₱14,100 that's good for 4 pax and inclusive of buffet breakfast. You need to pay ₱700-800 for extra pax which isn't so bad since it's also has buffet breakfast. ;)

Thank you once again to my cousins for letting me join their family trip. :) This is actually the second time I traveled with them, first was our staycation at Kamana Sanctuary back in January 2014. Next time ulit ha! Hehe.

Getting to Anvaya Cove is easy. Travel time takes approximately 3-4 hours depending on the traffic and how fast you drive in NLEX and SCTEX. This is definitely one of the best staycations I ever had. ;) Watch out for my next post about the activities and facilities that Anvaya has to offer. Ciao!

    1. Hello Howard!

So you're flying in from the US after your Boston-NY trip right? Anvaya Cove is 3-4 hours away from Manila and 30 minutes away from Subic.

If you want to stay there, you need to get an endorsement from a member. Sadly, they don't accept online bookings or walk-ins.
